We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided your item meets the eligibility criteria below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging
- Fit for resale, with the hygiene band and security tag still attached
Please note that returns showing signs of wear, styling, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Return

Once approved, you’ll receive our return address and next steps.

Your return must be shipped within 7 calendar days of approval. Returns shipped after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Proof of postage and tracking details must be provided once shipped.

Any customs, import fees, or additional charges incurred during the return process may be deducted from your refund total.

A standard outbound shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund amount to cover initial delivery costs.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to the same payment method used for purchase.
International Returns
We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any import duties charged upon re-entry. These costs may be deducted from the final refund.
